Restorative Circles at SBX Youth & Family Services

RESTORATIVE PRACTICES

Our Restorative Practices initiatives aim to build stronger, more cohesive communities through conflict resolution, healing, and dialogue. We focus on empowering youth to lead restorative circles, fostering accountability, empathy, and understanding among participants. By prioritizing cultural competency and collaboration, we work to repair harm and rebuild relationships, ultimately creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for all. Through these efforts, we strive to reduce conflict and promote lasting peace and understanding within our communities.

Youth-Led Initiatives

SBX believes in the power of youth leadership. Through our youth-led initiatives, we give young people the opportunity to take charge of restorative practices within their schools and communities. These programs develop leadership skills, encourage civic responsibility, and position youth as change agents in their own lives and the lives of others.
